RS Logix simulation-based warehouse system

摘要

Using Rockwell Automation's RSLogix control platform,and the hardware interface simulation method,we designed a set of automated order analysis,automated storage and outbound functions in a warehouse simulation system.The system consists of hardware emulation interface,control module,management module,and communication module.It can simulate all movements of warehouse stacker systems,routers,robots,conveyors,etc.It works with fast conversion capabilities.The reliability and efficiency of the storage system are proved through numerous experiments on a self-developed 3D stereoscopic warehouse simulation model.
