China's Listed Banks'Analysis of Loan Structure Present Situation

Its loan structure imbalance, is not conducive to the development of banks themselves, but also affects the country's industrial structure and economic structure of the development. In this paper, the basic theory of structure is stated on the basis of theoretical research at home and abroad about listed banks' loans. Then using the comprehensive method of empirical analysis and normative analysis to establish the standard of loan structure reasonable or not. Problems are found that China's listed banks' loans show the rising trend, in which Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Construction Bank and Bank of China put on the market for the largest. From the analysis of the industry structure, loans mainly focus on real estate, electricity gas and water supplies, transportation, etc, and it cause loan concentration problem. From the analysis of the regional structure, loans mainly are concentrated in the eastern region, and the western area is insufficient. From the analysis on the term structure of long-term loan scale, a rising trend, mainly because the loan put on the infrastructure construction, the construction period is longer, forming long-term loans. From assure means, the credit loan ratio rise, and went against the bank risk control. Finally, the reasons for the formation of loan structure are analyzed, and optimization loans are proposed in optimizing the structure of the measures.
