摘要

Comprehensive studies of the energy saving potential forrnbuildings will often not be performed in a design phase -rnespecially not for renovation projects. There may be severalrnreasons for that but it may often be related to the amount ofrntime needed to create models of the buildings and plants. Thernpaper describes a method for auto-generation of complexrnsimulation models for existing, documented and validatedrnsimulation programs. An automatic model generator has beenrndeveloped for Danish conditions and programs. Thernauto-generation of complex models is based on statisticalrninformation and may rather easily be transformed to otherrncountries and simulation programmes. Auto-generation ofrnsimulation models reduces/eliminates the user influence -rnleading to more consistent simulation results.
