A graphical man machine interface for modular HVAC system simulation programs

The presentation of most HVAC simulation programs arernout of date and batch processing type. Their use is complexrnand often requires a good data processing knowledge.rnMoreover, the data entry is usually long and the search forrnconceiving or typing mistakes is not easy.rnThis present work shows how to update the simulationrnenvironment and how to satisfy the modem work stationrnrequirements by using a graphical manmachine interface.rnThe proposal software CAMOSIM is developed throughrna modular system HVAC simulation program "TRNSYSrn",using "a workstation under UNIX, with X-Windows andrnAthena widgets". This program is composed of two mainrnmodules : the first one enables to generate global modelrnlibraries and the other one specific applications.
