摘要

The results of the study imply that users' perceptions of media change over time as group members spend more time with one another and the technologies. More importantly, the pattern of the changes differ depending on the characteristics of the media. More specifically, an analysis of means of perceived richness shows that perceived richness of the e-mail shows a "U" pattern as Carlson (1995) found.
