All necessary information for BPR is captured in one place using the proposed extended 00 modeling method. The method supports the objective, cycle time, quality measurement, sequence, and cost analyses systematically and helps derive the model of future process from the model of the current process. This is the major advantage of the proposed method.rnFrom this model, it is also possible to develop several diagrams, each of which can focus on different aspects of a business process. The proposed method is also amenable to automation.
