摘要

Based on theoretical analysis & practical application,the aplicability and operability of using supercritical CO_2 extraction for the separation adn purification of phyto - pharmaceuticla compounds from Ginkgo biloba leaves are explored.The polarity of flavonoids and terpenes in Ginkgo bibobaleaves is theoretically dissdimilar because quantity and positin of the hydroxy in these molecular structures is different.The polarity of flavonoid molecules is stronger htan that of terpenes,the supercritical CO_2 extraction of terpenes is more practicable than that of flavoonlds.But toxical alkylphenol are lipophilic and volatilizable,the application of supercritical CO_2 extraction for these toxiant is the most practicable.
