Development of industry and agriculture often brings about serious pollution. All kinds of harmful matter often pollutes food through water, air and soil, then endanger people's health. Therefore, to develop Green Food become inevitable trend. Ministry of Agriculture of People's Republic of China, first put forward to develop Green Food system project, and established China Green Food Development Centre, set up monitoring regulations and standards concerned, registered the trademark. To develop organically Green Food can promote not only the production of safe and high-quality food, but also the protection and improvement of agricultural ecology environment and the advance of technology of food processing industry and agriculture. Management is important after Green Food emerge. It includes mark management, production management, producing management and selling management. The practice of developing Green Food for five years has shown that the management exits some problems in the theory and practice, which is waiting for being solved further. A series of Green Food ecological indexes are put forward in the text, which can assess comprehensively Green Food quality.
