Therefore, to develop Green Food become inevitable trend. Ministry of Agriculture of People's Republic of China, first put forward to develop Green Food system project, and established China Green Food Development Centre, set up monitoring regulations and standards concerned, registered the trademark. To develop organically Green Food can promote not only the production of safe and high-quality food, but also the protection and improvement of agricultural ecology environment and the advance of technology of food processing industry and agriculture. Management is important after Green Food emerge. It includes mark management, production management, producing management and selling management.
