摘要

Facing to the problem of customer satisfaction improving for logistics distribution centre, evaluation system was designed. Multivariate regression model was established by using partial least squares. Actual experiment of distribution centre is done based on SPSS Statistics VI 7.0 platform, and the features of customer satisfaction acquired.
