摘要

Based on a horizontal machining center lathe bed structure as the research object,ANSYS is used to establish finite element model,make the modal analysis and find the weak links of lathe bed structure to provide the basis for dynamic optimization design.Finally by adopting the method of unit-structure,optimization design of lathe bed structure is finished.On the condition of remaining basic size of lathe bed,based on dynamic performance analysis results of unit-structure,stiffened plate thickness and sand hole shape and size is optimized,so as to get a better optimization scheme and improve the dynamic performance of lathe bed.
机译:以卧式加工中心车床结构为研究对象,利用ANSYS建立有限元模型,进行模态分析,找到车床结构的薄弱环节,为动态优化设计提供依据。最后,采用该方法在保持车床基本尺寸不变的情况下,根据单元结构的动力性能分析结果,对加筋板厚度和砂孔形状及尺寸进行优化,从而使车床结构基本优化。以获得更好的优化方案并提高车床的动态性能。
