By means of documentary and deductive method, this paper analyzes the management theory development trends of the humanity assumption, organizat ional structure and organizational goal, then puts forward the possible relat ive theoretical innovation, such as network humanity assumption. It holds that with the evolution of society, the theoretical innovation of humanity assumption, organizational structure and organizational goals will continue to arise in the 21st century, and draws a conclusion that humanity assumption will evolve into knowledge human, network human and virtual human, organizational structure will evolve from the t raditional rigid bureaucratic structure into a semi-flexible network structure or a flexible ecological structure, organizat ional goals will be developed from the goal of profit maximizat ion into goals diversification.
