摘要

This study proposes a web-based system to generate personalized learning paths for IEEE floating-point learners based on a concept map. The proposed system follows a Model-View-Controller (MVC) web framework to optimize the architecture using Java solutions. This study is mainly discussed with two parts: a technical part and an educational part. The technical part describes the web architecture and the information technologies used to develop the proposed system. The educational part explains the generation of personalized learning paths for individual learners according to a concept map covering the learning topics of the IEEE floating-point standard. Practically, the proposed system can be employed as a remedial learning system for IEEE floating-point learners.
