Researches on Buildings Safety Emergency Management

摘要

This paper gives a dynamic emergency model used in emergency management on the buildings’ safety. Based on the present researches about emergency management and the characters on the building's safety accidents, the dynamic classification method is introduced, and the basic theory is three triangular fuzzy theory. A case shows that the model is helpful for the emergency managers to make a decision quick and accurate under the emergency. It is a feasible method.
