Research on Application of Entropy Theory and Dissipative Structure Theory in the System of Corporate Governance

摘要

Research analysis of any complicated system can take the entropy theory and the dissipative structural theory as a foundation. Corporate governance is also a complicated system, this paper mainly applied the entropy theory and the dissipative structure theory to analysis reasons of the efficiency of corporate governance in terms of the systems science.
