Research on Service Modes of Integrated Logistics in the Supply Chain of Industrial Clusters in Zhejiang Province

摘要

Taking industrial clusters of Yongkang hardware and Cixi household appliance in Zhejiang Province as examples, this paper, through investigations, analyzes the characteristics and current operation situations of logistics in those industrial clusters. It provides a summary of current problems in cluster logistics services, namely, low level of integration and specialization as well as low degree of scale, synthesization and informatization. This article also puts forward purposes and contents of the integrated logistics service in the supply chain of industrial clusters. Finally, the author constructs a service base for integrated logistics in the supply chain of industrial clusters.
