摘要

A method to prepare UV-curable hybrid materials for transparent adhesive or coatings was presented. 3-(tri-methoxysilyl) propyl methacrylate(MSMA)-modified epoxy acrylate resin (EAR) was synthesized by the process of deal-coholation, and the product was denoted as MSMA-EAR. The MSMA-EAR was characterized with FTIR and liquid-state NMR spectroscopy. The UV-cured MSMA-EAR/SiO_2 and EAR/SiO_2 hybrid adhesive coatings were cured by UV and formed into film. The high transmission of hybrid adhesive coatings indicates the presence of a nanoscale hybrid composite. In a pencil hardness test and solvent resistance test, the film were of high hardness and the EAR/SiO_2 and MSMA-EAR/SiO_2 have good solvent-resistance.
