Closing Address

Ladies and gentlemen. Closing address is originally planned to be given by Dr. Konomo Sanokawa, Technical Advisor of the Japan Atomic Energy Research Institute, JAERI, but he can't attend this meeting because he caught a bad cold. I was asked by him to convey his sincere regards and good success of the meeting.
