International Oil-Gas Resources Energy Structure and Future Energy Sustainable Development Strategy

Energy resource problems are some of the most important problems in the world in those days,which have affected the strategies of the state.The energy resource is one of the significant factors restricting the development of the security of a country,industry,economy and so on increasingly.Although the world is in peace in general,there are wars and chaos also.If we analysis the reasons of those wars in detail,whenever they are caused by the controversies of human rights,or they are caused by anti-terrorists,we would find that they are more or less have some connections direct or indirect with the energy resources,or oil-gas energy resources,while the Gulf War and Iraq War are the best proofs for this.So we can conclude that energy resources can determine the strategy security of a country,and even we can connect the energy resources with the local political factors to some degree.In a word,a country which controls the energy resources controls the world.Energy resources problem is not only a focus of a country' s security strategy,but also a problem to many scientists.I try to discuss something about the future energy resources structure,distribution and its sustainable development both in china and abroad in this paper to make the orientation of the oil-gas exploration definite and clear.
