Approaches to quality assessment of applications submitted for public tenders in the automated project control systems

The article considers approaches to assessing the quality of applications submitted for participation in competitions, which are implemented in the automated project management system. These approaches allow us to evaluate the scientific background of the team of the project executors and the correspondence of the project's keywords with the selected CSCSTI codes (Codes of State Categories Scientific and Technical Information). The developed approaches are based on the use of scientometric indicators of the main results of scientific activity and the use of methods of expert assessments, the theory of mathematical statistics and information modeling. Based on the results obtained, automated rules for checking applications submitted for various competitions were implemented.
