摘要

A theory for resonant frequency spectrum of tunable optoelectronic oscillators based on serially coupled multiple optical micro-ring resonators and microwave delay-line was developed. The theory takes into account a dispersion of electromagnetic waves in the optical micro-ring resonators and a dispersion of carrier waves in the delay-line. Expression for transfer function of the multi-loop circuitry was derived. Numerical simulations of the resonant frequency spectra were carried out.
