摘要

When analyzing flow characteristics of cryogenic fluid flows through bend duct based on CFD and Fluent, establishing and selecting suitable numerical calculation method is significance to the accuracy of the calculation result. This paper proposes a FR k-ε; turbulent model which adding filter function on the basis of the Realizable k-ε; model, adopts the full cavitation model, and calculates the pressure, velocity and cavitation based on Fluent when liquid oxygen flows through the square-sectioned 90-degree bend duct. It compared the calculation result with that calculated by Realizable k-ε; and RNG k-ε; turbulent model. From the experimental results we can know that the proposed FR k-ε; model can more accurately reflect the flow characteristics of liquid oxygen flows through square-sectioned 90-degree bend duct, and better capture the change of flow field, and the calculation results are more close to the experimental data.
