The biggest security risk of refrigerated Pharmaceuticals exists in the cold chain logistics process.In order to solve this problem, the complex system's equilibrium static model of the cold chain logistics of Pharmaceuticals and transport networks were analyzed in this paper, the characteristics of the complex network model was obtained, which provided the foundation for the analysis of the dynamic complex network model.
