According to the understanding of transaction cost theory, this article analyzes all kinds of transaction cost existing in construction enterprise of China by way of the value net, and constructs the construction enterprise dynamic alliance based on value net.It is not only beneficial to decline construction enterprise transaction cost, but also good for developing the enterprise core competence, so as to ensure the healthy and long-term development of the construction enterprise.
