Current Situation and Improvement of Intellectual Property Pledge Financing in China

摘要

Characteristics of intellectual property pledge financing in China are smaller scale, fixed interest rates, low pledge rate and short time limit, which can be explained through establishing the asymmetry theory of intellectual property financing. Corresponding countermeasure systems can be proposed base on full understanding present situation of intellectual property pledge financing.
