The Lifecycle Dynamic Risk Identification Process for Real Estate Projects

The purpose is to improve risk identification accuracy of real estate projects, the dynamic identification is carried out for lifecycle risk factors of real estate projects. The paper analyzes the process of lifecycle dynamic risk identification for real estate projects, points out that the risks of rest stages should be identified at each stage of projects, and carries out dynamic identification for lifecycle risks of real estate projects according to five different stages, they are investment decision, land acquisition, construction, lease and sale, as well as property operation. The lifecycle dynamic risk identification for real estate projects can improve risk identification accuracy of real estate projects, which would be beneficial to perfect the theory and practice of risk identification for real estate projects.
