Research on Cost Risk Management of Power Grid Project Based on the Monte-Carlo Simulation

摘要

This paper integrates project cost risk management theory and mathematical statistics, computer technology, uses historical data and the method of expert investigation to analyze the risk of project cost, makes sure probability distribution. Then it applies risk management software to simulate manytimes, analyzes the risk level of the specific engineering project cost, tests the reality of model when playing combined with the actual effects, puts forward measures and methods to avoid the risk of cost, provides reference for power grid project cost management, improves the cost management level.
