Study on Effects of RMB Exchange Rate Pass-Through into Export Prices

Exchange rate is the foreign price of one currency, and it is the country's most important comprehensive price index to foreign economic activities.Under the condition of open economy, exchange rate plays a price change function in international trade, and it is an important economic lever.In this paper, we use VAR model to analyze the effects of RMB exchange rate pass-through into export prices. The results of the empirical analysis indicate that this effect is incomplete and time-lagged.
