With the popularization of 3G mobile technology intelligent mobile terminals, VPN, database synchronization and wireless business system, mobile CRM (MCRM), based on the traditional customer relationship management, use wireless technology to develop new strategic means to improve the core competitive power of enterprise.While the whole MCRM industry development has not realize rapid growth, we blame the reason not only to the limitations of mobile devices and high conversion cost, but also to the key problem that the MCRM function is limited in the "sales team management "and "marketing activities management ", which can not meet the demand of the whole enterprise for MCRM. To solve this problem, our group focuses on the optimization of the function of MCRM and tries to put forward the solutions in three aspects: channel, operation and decision management, in the hope of offering reference for the enterprises to develop MCRM.
