摘要

Three-sectional mixing drum is a typical concrete mixing device and its mixing and discharge capacity are the criterion when judging the performance of the truck mixer's tube. A new integration process is put forward to meet such desired need in mixing blades that are characterized by the complex configuration. First, the objective is identified according to the performance improvement. Second, the initial model is made, and then the CFD analysis is carried out to predict the performance of the blades. Third, the influence of the variation in each parameter to the overall performance was acquired based on parametric modeling, CFD analysis, experimental design and approximation model technology. Finally, the new structure size of mixing blades was obtained by optimization.
