The Research and Application of Load Sensing Hydraulic System on Construction Machinery

Load sensing hydraulic system is also called flow distribution hydraulic system which has nothing with the magnitude of load. Pump regulates the output flow and pressure according to the change of load, the pressure of pump is a little higher than load pressure. The paper introduces the principle and main advantages of load sensing system and applies the load sensing system to hydraulic excavator and mobile power station. The system can save energy and enhance working efficiency, it is welcomed deeply by the market.
