Modeling and Strength Analysis of Blade Circle Frame Used in Grader Working Device

摘要

Swivelling gear calls for particular focus in the analysis of structure and strength of grader working device. Model of swivelling gear and blade are established to analysis the parameters affecting bending and contact fatigue strength, the torque on the small gear and impact stress. This paper aims at comparing and analyzing the design parameters of four typical kinds of swivelling gear, then suggesting corrective actions to improve working device strength, which has an important practical significance.
