The Study on the Attractiveness to Foreign Investment in RD of Shandong Province

摘要

As an outcome of globalization, MNCs begin to globalize research and development activities after the globalization of manufacturing and sales. China becomes the main destination of MNCs foreign investment in R&D and industry shift with the healthy and steady development of China economy. Shandong province is one of the preferred destinations since she plays an important role in Chinese economic development as one wings of the Bohai coastal region. Therefore it is a strategic issue to analysis the current situation of the attractiveness of Shandong province to foreign investment in R&D.
