摘要

Five Factor Model (FFM) is taxonomy of personality which is widely used in personnel assessment. It proposes five factors of personality: extraversion, motional stability, conscientiousness, agreeableness and openness to experience. This article made a systematic literature review associated with application of FFM in predicting the influence of personality of the manager to corporation. In the end this paper proposes an integrated model about the personality-corporation environment within the enterprise. That is E-P model.
