'Three Fishery Problems'and Fishery Management System:An Investigation on the Three Fishery Issues of Lake Liaodong

At present, the three fishery problem is increasingly outstanding. Along with the fishery resources being exhausted gradually, the fisherman's income descend, living pressure is greater, society differentiation turn worse. Society differentiation leads to break up fishermen family, transgress law and discipline and more group riot gradually. Social stability of the fisher village is in huge crisis. With the Liaodong gulf fishery catching as example, on the basis of introducing fishery resource's exhaustion, fisherman's economy differentiation and fisher village's social conflict. This paper gives some suggestion to resolve three fishery problems finally.
