摘要

In this paper, we use Entropy and Promethee II to rank projects of electric distribution network. Project selection is a problem of multi-criteria decision-making where each decision maker expresses preferences depending on the nature of the alternatives and on knowledge over them. Method of entropy is used to determine weight and Promethee II is presented to rank which project is preferred. In the next step, a numerical example offers an example how projects are ranked. Although the method has been developed for project selection problems, these proposed methods can be applied to other kind of multi-criteria problems.
