The Innovation of Organizational Change of Hotels--Based on Bottom-up Organizational Change

In the organizational change of hotels, the bottom-up organizational changes of hotels will make hotels organization and management more flexible and make hotels develop more healthy and effectively. Aiming at the specific circumstances of the hotel industry, factors affecting bottom-up organizational change of hotels are expounded in this paper, the necessities building bottom-up organizational change of hotels are analyzed in the paper and some feasible countermeasures are presented in order to provide some feasible basis in establishing bottom-up organizational change of hotels by analyzing the existing problems. The paper puts forward some advices to improve the understanding of organizational change bottom up, establish the organizational structure bottom up, build a learning organization bottom up, establish employee incentives bottom up and build hotel corporate culture bottom up. The paper proposed managers should respect and trust in employees, provide easy and free working conditions and so on.
