摘要

Based on the current analysis status of main nozzle in air-jet loom, the idea of CFD application are put forward. The software of NUMECA is applied to simulate the flow inside of the main nozzle. The airflow velocity distribution in different crosssection of thread tube is also revealed, and the axial dynamic pressure and Mach number of air current inside of the main nozzle are analyzed. The result shows that the method of numerical simulation applied to research flow field inside of the main nozzles is convenient, rapid and high-accuracy.
机译:针对目前喷气织机主喷嘴的分析现状,提出了CFD的应用思路。使用NUMECA软件来模拟主喷嘴内部的流动。揭示了不同螺纹管横截面的气流速度分布,并分析了主喷嘴内部的轴向动压力和马赫数。结果表明,采用数值模拟方法研究主喷嘴内部的流场是方便,快速,高精度的。
