According to the geometry of semicircular drawbead and the mechanics characteristic of blank during hemispheroid workpiece drawing with drawbead, the minimum BHF is defined as a force that can keep the blank press close to drawbead, and the maximum BHF is the maximum force for avoiding inner buckle. Then the minimum and the maximum BHF are critically calculated, and the reasonable area of the BHF is obtained for hemispheroid part drawing with semicircular drawbead. Thus the BHF selected is at this area during drawing process, it should be sure that the wrinkle and crackle couldn't arise.
