The Anti-segregation Research on the Varied-Diameter Screw Distributor Complete Burying and the Low-speed Construction

摘要

On the aspect of mechanics characteristics and the rolling mechanism of the asphalt mixture material in transportation process, this paper firstly analyzes the isolating reasons of partly-burying-high-speed construction for the traditional screw distributor; secondly, the paper proposes the new technics for complete-burying-low-speed construction of varied- diameter screw distributor. Also, on the aspects of road surface compactness and the temperature isolation, the practical application of the new technics is tested. In the end, the paper proves the feasibility of the new technics through using this kind of new screw-distributor to carry out the complete-burying-low-speed construction. The application of the varied-diameter screw distributor complete-burying-low-speed construction makes the anaphase segregation controllable, and the forepart segregation is improved, so that the entire construction quality is improved, which provides a new method and thought for the design of the screw distributor and also provides a reference for the development of the aftertime road construction technics.
