摘要

We prepared a high-performance cement based composite materials by using epoxy emulsion modification. The emulsion of the epoxy resin has two components and synthesize by the laboratory. First, according to the molecule design philosophy, we selected and used the epoxy phosphoric acid ester and polyglycol being the emulsifier molecule respectively to the hydrophobe and hydrophile segment. This is emulsifier has overcome the average emulsifier being caught in the problem of water easy to dissociate and to not good for film. The influence of the catalyzer concentration, the reaction temperature, reaction time etc have been researched. Have analysed an impact of catalysator concentration; Adopt FI/IR (Fu Li Ye infrared spectrometer) and test emulsion grain diameter size; Ascertain the emulsification technological parameter. The impact of epoxy latex modification on the physical properties is investigated. Special emphasis is epoxy emulsion modified-mortars corruptness resistance.
