Source Analyzing of Supply Chain Competitive Advantage

摘要

Based on the Resource-Based View (RBV) theory, we put forward the RBV model of supply chain in which we see the partners as the resource unit and the common investment and gathering experiences as the integrated resource. From this, we think the supply chain competitive advantage comes from each partner's competitive advantage contribution and the integrated resource's competitive advantage. This perspective may provide new ideas in supply chain management.
