Study on the Management mechanism of Emergency Telecommunication in China

摘要

In recent years, frequent occurrence of emergencies brings serious challenges to emergency communication support in China. So, creating a scientific and rational management system of emergency communications has become the key of improving capability of emergency communications support in our country. However, the study on management mechanism of emergency communications can provide a strong theoretical basis for building management system of emergency communications. Above all, this article analyzes the status of emergency management, then, clarifies the feature and content of emergency communications according to the character of emergency communication. And on this basis, constructs a mechanism system for emergency communication. Finally, taking earthquake as an example, elaborates the interaction relationship between the various mechanisms in the mechanism system of emergency communication management.
