METHODS APPLICATION OF EVALUATION MODELING OF MULTI-PROJECT AND MULTI-ATTRIBUTE DECISION MAKING

Multi-project and multi-attribute decision making can berncharacterized as a process of overall coordination andrnoptimization. Through the application analysis of decisionrnmaking, the analysis process of decision making arernprojected on basis of targets, methods and evaluation; thenrnwith the combination of qualitative and quantitativernmethods and consideration of the features of exponentialrnmodel, interval ergodic analysis method is proposed andrnfinally established. The evaluation model to be structuredrnon basis of the method gets multiple projects and attributesrninvolved, and conducts ergodic calculation on condition ofrnthe given target criteria and certain region of each attributernso as to get the evaluation of the multiple projectsrnaccomplished. At last, a case study is provided in order tornfurther elaborate the application of the analysis proceduresrnof decision making and the interval ergodic analysisrnmethod in the multi-project and multi-attribute decisionrnmaking.
