Completion time and critical path analysis for the optimisation of business process models

摘要

For the purpose of identifying bottlenecks in business processes and guiding business process (re) design decisions,estimates of trhe completion time to assess the efficiency of a process are very useful.Most tools for business process analysis offer simulation to dervie completion times.However,this requries detailed input data and long simulation times to obtain reliable results.
