摘要

Ceramic particle-polymer-solvent interactions are being studied to develop a basic understanding of their effects on suspension stability and rheology, drying, and the microstructural development of tape-cast ceramic layers. The ultimate objective of this work is to improve the microstructural uniformity of these layers, thereby enhancing the manufacturing quality and reliability of components in which tape-cast ceramics serve as basic building blocks.
