In order to improve the sealing strength of Sodium Alginate (NaAlg)/CMC/GLE blendfilms, based on the results of single factors tests, the influence of sealing adhesive concentration,sealing pressure and sealing temperature on the seal strength of the blend film of NaAlg/CMC/GLE was studied in this paper. A quadric regression model of seal strength of the blend film ofNaAlg/CMC/GLE about sealing adhesive concentration, sealing pressure and sealing temperaturewas established. The model was significantly fitting well, and the optimum combination was obtained.The responses blend film sealing strength to all the three single factors and their doublefactors interaction were discussed. The results show the sequence of these three factors influencingon sealing strength are sealing adhesive concentration, sealing pressure and sealing temperature;the optimum conditions of sealing process were as follows: sealing adhesive concentration 23.5%,sealing pressure 0.228MPa, sealing temperature 157.8 and sealing time ℃ 1s.
