LEATHER TOGGLING DRYER PERFORMANCE TESTS

Performance tests of a leather dryer type toggling are presented, using forced convectivernheat transfer for a capacity of twenty leather for day, which it is the production of smallrntanneries in León city. The principals parameters obtained are referred to velocity ofrndrying, wet-bulb and dry-bulb temperatures of air, fuel rate of the drying operation andrnhumidity contents of the leather. All as a function of time are measured and analyzedrnfor to obtain the principal characteristics of the dryer leather.
