摘要

The powdery biomaterials drying impose many restrictions to the drying process, duernthe quality product. This and the agglomeration tendency of the wet and the driedrnmaterial, determine the modality of intensification of drying process of hip fruit extractrn(Cynosbaty fructus). The intensification methods used: fluidization only, with massrninert addition (%), mechanical mixing and pulsed fluidization. The paper present thernhydrodynamic parameters obtained in modified fluidization process. In this conditions itrnis ensured the quasi-homogeneous fluidization state of wet and dried biomaterials. Alsornare presented the experimental relation of incipient and modified fluidization. Thernoperating conditions in the modified fluidized process were used to establish the optimalrnparameters for the drying process.
