Afield experiment was conducted during 2006-07 to 2008-09 in plant & two ratoon crop in clay loam soil in sum season at Sugarcane Research Centre, Akola to study the influence of INM on sustainable sugarcane plant-ratoon system. The results revealed that inorganic module of (T_1) recommended NPK + micro-nutrients through inorganic + control of pests / diseases through chemical mode and (T_5) 75 % of recommended dose of N through inorganic + 25 % of N through organic manure(FYM) + Bio-fertilizer (Azotobactor + PSB) + Bio-pesticide (Trichoderma) recorded significantly higher net monetary returns than the rest of the treatments. The cane quality parameters like POL and CCS per cent were significantly influenced by inorganic and integrated module. Improvement in organic carbon content and bulk density in T_5, highest available N, P_2O_5 and K_2O were observed in recommended dose of fertilizer + micronutrients which was comparable to T_4 i.e. 75 % recommended N through FYM + Bio-fertilizers (Azotobacter + PSB) + intercropping of legumes (Rhizobium inoculated) with sugarcane + control of pest through chemical mode. The balance of N, P and K was positive in treatment T_5 for plant and ratoon crops in all the season.
