摘要

This research is to detect the characteristic of skin melanin using of multi-spectral LEDssources from 385 to 630nm. The algorithm of Fuzzy c-means was used to scan thecharacteristic of melanin. There are ABCD four steps to check the skin melanin: the 1st is toanalysis the non-uniform color of the melanin, the 2nd is to check the radius size which islarger than 5cm, the 3rd is to check symmetric shape of melanin, and the 4th is to check anyirregularity edge of melanin. Anyway, the optimal wavelength is 595nm and the precisioncould research 82.6%.
